JewelryNetwork.Com merchandise is valuable fine jewelry, special
shipping precautions must be adhere to when returning an item.
Please follow exactly the following procedures:
1. Contact a JewelryNetwork.com associate at 800-791-9998
for a Return Code Authorization.
2. Seal your jewelry in its secure bag or original box with
all protective wrapping. Please include your jewelry appraisal
form when necessary.
3. Place the item in the box provided by JewelryNetwork.com.
If unavailable, use a cardboard box from your local post office.
Secure and cover the entire box in paper mailing tape. This,
too, is available through your post office. The U.S. Postal
Service requires paper tape so that its ink stamps will print
on your package.
4. Write Return Authorization Code on labels that came with
packing slip. If lost, simply write the R. A. Code on the
box next to mailing address.
5. Forward the entire box to:

6. Forward package
via Registered U.S. Postal Service, making sure to insure the
item for its replacement value. Please note that FedEx does
not insure jewelry
Once we have received your package, it will be processed immediately.
If requested, your account will be credited a refund within
three days of the day JewelryNetwork.com has received the iteml.
Please be aware that all unauthorized, improperly packaged,
or uninsured returns will be returned to Sender. |
